1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the engagement, use, and delivery of technology development, digital marketing, AI voice agents, and automation services provided by KB AI Company, headquartered in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
2. Service Scope & Agreements
All client engagements are defined by written proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), or formal contracts specifying deliverables, timelines, milestone payments, and technical expectations.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of contracted milestone fees, all proprietary custom code, designs, and content created specifically for the client transfer to the client, while underlying general-purpose utility libraries remain the property of KB AI Company.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
